Level X Concrete Leveling was founded as a low cost, convenient solution to sunken and unsupported concrete. Replacing concrete is often a time-consuming, inconvenient process especially when it involves areas that we daily walk or drive on, and many times is not necessary when the slabs are in good shape. Typically raising or 'Leveling' sunken slabs will save between 50-75% over the cost of installing new, with the added benefit of being able to use the raised concrete almost immediately after it has been lifted. Concrete leveling does not make concrete new, it makes it usable and in many cases safe again where tripping hazards or step heights may come into play.
Concrete sinks for several reasons:
-It was poured on recently disturbed soil
-There has been significant water penetration under a slab
-Soil conditions under a slab or less than ideal (close proximity to loamy soil or unstable soil)
What to expect on a 'normal' job:
To begin with, there really is no such thing as a 'normal' job. Most jobs are unique, and your job will be treated as uniquely as your job requires. On most jobs we will:
-Drill 1" holes in the surface of the concrete where necessary
-Inject the proper amount of compound or 'slurry' to lift or support the concrete
-Cut the concrete if necessary to prevent binding with other slabs, usually where other cuts are present
-Replace the drilled areas with new concrete plugs

Warranty Info
Level X provides a limited lifetime warranty on services provided. The warranty will include a free second time back out if the concrete should re-settle unless there are extenuating circumstances that should cause the concrete to sink at a faster rate than normal (i.e. a broken downspout drain, excessive water present, etc)
After the second time out, there will be a nominal set-up and fuel surcharge just to cover costs, usually limited to less than $100. While there have been a few instances where concrete has re-sunk (very few) Level X tries to lift and support the concrete properly the first time out and make sure the concrete is adequately supported from underneath. We pride ourselves in having a stellar reputation of service and will take the extra time needed on each job to do it right the first time!
We specialize in concrete leveling and lifting, but offer many other concrete related services such as caulking, grinding, new pours, cutting, and concrete repairs. We also provide limited excavating and Bobcat services.
